Suby de Silva, the beautiful wife of Captain John de Silva is a caring, God fearing and spirited person. Suby, herself an enterprising entrepreneur with many laurels behind her has over the years been an eternal source of strength to the sea faring captain.
It is she who takes the role of “Captain” when John is away, steering the “home-ship” to safety, sometimes through turbulent waters and stormy weather…keeping the family together, protecting, caring and guiding till the Captain returns from sea.
